It\'s summer! And I\'m a JUNIOR at Central High School. I played JV Volleyball Fall 2006 and I gained alootttt of weight after the season ended.

i hope everything is all right! i was doing really good until i came home last friday ahaha. oreos, ice cream, all the goodies i didn't touch in the cafeteria at school... well.. haha. overindulged a few days but it's okay. don't stress out too much about your weight going up and down, what happened happened, and you can't change the past, but the present and future :). if you're ready to get back into to it maybe a good way to start is just try to semi focus on eating healthy. like, don't think that you can't do it because you have so much other things going on ( i know i feel that way all the time). but instead just try to focus on whatever you need to and just try to eat healthy on the side. it might help you in both areas because you'll feel good.

yoooo. well, school is in a week and a half, and i feel like i'm not even nearly ready. haha. i wanted to lose all 20 pounds this summer and honestlyi feel like i gained.. but whatever. it was a good time haha.
once i get to school i think it will be easier to eat less and get this **** on the road. my cafeteria sucks so the food sucks haha (i guess that's a plus) and my new dorm is right next to the new fitness center (sawweet)
nowi im just waiting for school and trying to cram as much summer into my days as possible.

Heeyaa.
yeah i had a great vacation-however-i got really sick the day we left. so i've been pretty miserable with a nasty cold for the past seven days. i'm pretty sure i gained like eight pounds while i was gone haha, and of course, i told myself i was going to be realy healthy today but i had chinese for dinner (damn the parents) anyway, i definately need to set some realistic goals and stick to them haha.
damn weight gains. i really hate this whole attempt to lose weight. i feel like i'm in a never ending cycle. i do well, i fall off, do well, fall off haha. oh well.
how was your carnival weekend or whatever it was?

aww don't worry! i had half a cupcake... ice cream.. chicken parm... and more hahaha. oh well. i ran today for an hour, so i think i'll be alright. i played softball, soccer, field hockey, and basketball in highschool then i played rugby for one semester at college... THAT got me in shape haha. we ran so much. then, i didn't play my spring smester, and gained about 15 pounds. dont'w worry aboutt his week. you'll do fine, i have faith. just remember... i'm in the same boat! haha. i'm going on vaca and allll we do is eat out. but i have faith we can get thru it fine.
don't do too much tomorrow on the treadmill. i did that today and ended up eating ****ty again tonight hahaha
oh well, i'll learn one of these times.


ps... Freddie god Fingered.. .great movie hahaha

hows your diet going and all that jazz?
i had a good day... untillllll iwent to grandma's for dinner :-O hahaha.... then not so good. but tomorrow i'm planning on being super healthy. :-P. you played volley ball? anything else?

I\'ve slacked off alot lately..I need to keep my game up. I want to stay healthy and play sports *especially Volleyball-tryouts are at the end of Jully-wish me luck. And I would love to try out for Softball.)..



I know I look like I don\'t need to lose weight. And I don\'t-I need to lose fat.

My legs are ok..I want to build up the muscles on my theighs and I want to minimize my waist..


* I went up 7 pants sizes!*

My upper torso is OK-but i\'ve got what looks like a beer guy lol. And I would love to lose that.

I want to be healthy and look good at the same time.

If anyone has any suggestions feel free to tell me :D
